It just occurred to me that I'm a chef, but I've never even blogged about my cooking.
One day, I'll compile the best of my recipes and my Mom's and create a family cookbook. This Peach Pie will surely be one of them.
The crust is light, flaky and so crumbly! Peaches are in season and a 2-day rest on the counter yielded perfectly ripened fruit for pie.
2 of my favorite things in my kitchen at the same time in the same picture....homemade pie and my Nespresso espresso maker. I can't stand it anymore, I think I'll just sneak just one tiny slice before I go to bed.
